The lack of clear signage or directions to the correct restaurant in the hotel caused confusion and led to an unintended additional meal expense.

The hotel is very good situated in the center of Steyr. The rooms are clean and cosy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. In general a excellent, historic hotel!

The staff are very welcoming and the situation of the hotel in the square is perfect. We also borrowed very good quality bikes from the hotel for 2 days cycling.

The suite upgrade was a great surprise, and my wife absolutely loved the unique chair in the spacious bathroom. The room itself was exceptional, and we had a fantastic dinner at the hotel. The location was ideal for shopping, with plenty of shops nearby.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't very effective, leaving the room on the warmer side. the breakfast was quite basic, although still tasty.

The staff went out of there way to make our brief stay extremely pleasant. They surprised us with a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite because it was our 1 year anniversary. The room was terrific; spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was also great with a large selection of tasty items.

Due to their prime location on a lovely and historic cobblestone plaza, parking can be challenging. However, the hotel can provide parking nearby and there is a public lot (pay) that isn't too far from the hotel. We were lucky enough to find a parking spot right in front of the hotel that was free till 8 A.M. the next day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a medieval building on the Stadtplaz. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. Despite arriving late, we were able to find parking spaces in front of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely delightful. My wife especially loved the unique chair placed inside the spacious bathing room. We also had a wonderful dinner at the hotel and enjoyed the nearby shops.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the old town square. The location couldn't have been better, right in the city center. The room we had on the second floor had a stunning view of the old square and was so comfortable. The breakfast served here was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We loved the charming Austrian atmosphere of this hotel. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious and well-equipped, with a sitting area and a fridge. The breakfast was great and set us up for the day. Despite the minor inconveniences like the lack of AC and creaky bed, we would still choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent food, friendly staff, and central location.

We had a terrible experience finding the parking. The directions we were given were completely wrong and we ended up in the wrong car park.

L'établissement est idéalement situé, juste à côté du palais de Dioclétian, du marché central, du port, de la station de bus et de la Vieille ville. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Le personnel est très gentil et la communication excellente dès le début. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée, avec des conseils sur les points d'intérêt à voir et les bons restaurants.

The lack of an elevator to the higher floors was inconvenient, especially if you have mobility issues. the stairs might be too steep.
